I help moms choose the right workouts to do during their pregnancy to help them prepare both mentally & physically for birth.
After baby is here I work with mamas to help recover, repair & renew with the right movement choices for their body. No need to spend hours doing a workout program, as who has that time now? I have worked with mommas up to 4 years postpartum to heal diastasis recti so there is never too late of a time to train after baby.
I work both locally in the Minneapolis area as well as online with mammas.
